We are looking for Key Account Manager for one of our client in Mumbai to drive operations excellence and delivery of key financial targets.
Key Accountabilities -
Results -
1. Monitor, track and communicate budget & forecast projections against actual identifying key areas where revenues & profits can be maximized
2. Monitors Sales Targets achievement continuously and proposes revision where necessary (volumes, profits)
3. Collaborate with internal team (sales, finance, operations) to deliver company & client goals
4. Take accountability for Unit Manager's delivery with respect to the agreed levels of service
5. HSEQ compliance
6. Vendor Management
Client -
1. Clearly define Customer Specific Goals and Strategy together with Action Plan for Successful Implementation
2. Take accountability for all client issues and escalations
3. Ensure compliance on agreed service levels at unit
4. Lead in contract negotiations with customers to maximize investment
People -
1. Define performance standards for the Team
2. Review Delivery metrics for region
3. Identify development needs of direct reports and increase capability through internal/external training/certifications
4. Drive talent pipeline through coaching & aspiration management
Processes -
1. Scrutinize & improve - Periodic Unit Manager training program, Service Framework, Attrition Control Plan and Food innovations
2. Identify the best operation practices across industry and implement
You should be -
1. Graduate/Post Graduate with 7 years+ years of experience in role of Key Account Manager (Balance of Commercial & Operations Experience)
2. Knowledge of Food / Services / FMCG operations will be an advantage
