Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand awareness, and support our marketing objectives. As a dynamic player in the food and facility industry with diverse sectors, the content scope is vast and extends beyond conventional boundaries. You will be responsible for creating compelling and high-quality content across various digital platforms and conventional marketing methods ensuring consistency and alignment with our value proposition and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing initiatives across various channels.

2. Support in implementing integrated marketing and communication strategies to promote Compass India's brand across various channels, including digital platforms, traditional media, events, and internal communications.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and HR, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

4. Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience.

5. Conduct thorough research and study on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to make reports/case studies/whitepapers.

6. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives and optimize resources.
