AGM HSEQ
- This role profile is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake.
- It may be changed from time to time to incorporate changing circumstances.
- It does not form part of your contract of employment.
- Developing & updating HSEQ related training materials and imparting training to the site staff maintaining a stipulated "Training Calender".
- Ensuring the implementation of all HSEQ related systems, processes & documentation as per the company (CGISSPL) standards at all operating sites of the company for which he/she is responsible.
- Should have strong hold on on Food Safety - FSSC 22000, FSSAI, Ready to eat meals.
- Review HSEQ performance/ conducting HSEQ audits at the operating sites of the company & develop action plan for improvement and provide feedback to the State Manager HSEQ/ HSEQ Country Manager.
- Developing HSE related snag reports for kitchen & cafeterias in co-ordination with the site operation team and liasoning with the client representative for any HSEQ related matters/ queries.
- Evaluate functional performance with respect to the CGISSPL HSE standard for the site staff & provide guidance for improvement of the same.
- Liasoning with HSEQ related certifying bodies and handling certification / recertification audits at the operating sites of the company as applicable.
- Co-ordination with other functional departments like purchase, operation etc. for allHSEQ related methods for effective implementation of the same.
- Meeting clients for all HSE related matters as per client requirements.
- Bringing innovations/ introducing new trends in the field of HSEQ and implementing the same at all operating sites of the company for which he/she is responsible.
- Making the sites (for which he/she is responsible) "Bronze" compliant as per the CGISSPL HSEQ "Bronze Level" standard.
