Solution Specialist

Mission/Purpose of the Position:

The Solution Specialist would be performing presales function and will be responsible for understanding the business requirement of the client and position the relevant technology solution to address the need of the client. The ideal candidate should have strong technology orientation and should have sufficient expertise on Firewall, Antivirus, Virtualization, storage and network areas to understand the client infrastructure. The candidate should be Excellent with Symantec, Sonic Wall, Fortigate, Cisco, Trend, Sophos, Citrix technologies and should be able to conceive and articulate solutions to satisfy client needs

Responsibilities / Your new area of work:

- Preparing proposals as per end customer needs, responding to queries, preparing BOQ etc.

- Understanding customer's business domain, designing solutions, creating and presenting customized - COMPAREX- capabilities to prospects and existing clients.

- Drive individual solutions revenue.

- New customer acquisition, joint planning with sales team and OEM.

- Presenting and articulating the features and benefits of solution to the customers.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product stacks and to be able to position solutions.

- Developing solutions that meet customer requirements, ensure seamless deployment, and advance the sale.
