Company Secretary - Telecom

- Minimum 15 years of experience post CS, should have 5 years of experience in listed organisation.

- Preferred candidate shall be from telecom or DTH organisation

- Must have conducted various types of meetings (Board/General/court convened etc)

- Excellent knowledge of secretarial procedural

- Excellent Drafting Skills

- Experts in various statutory filling /disclosures

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Excellent presentation skills

- Excellent analysis skills

- Capable to lead a team (should have handled a team of atleast 4 people independently)

- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities

- Thorough Knowledge of Companies Act 2013 and Related Laws

- Command Over SEBI (LODR) 2015 & PIT Regulation

- Knowledge of SAST Regulation & ICDR Regulation

- Excellent Understanding of ESOP related Laws and rules

- Other related laws analogous to Companies Act 2013
