We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary to oversee legal and secretarial compliance for a leading client in the renewable energy manufacturing sector.
Experience Required:
- 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry or a Group Company.
- LLB qualification is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
The Company Secretary will:
- Manage and maintain corporate records.
- Prepare and file legal documents.
- Organize and coordinate board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Assist with corporate governance matters.
Additional Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of company law, tax regulations, and other relevant laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare agendas and documentation for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and ensure follow-up on action points.
