Job Description :
- Assisting in compliance as per Companies Act, 2013, RBI regulations and any other regulations as may be applicable to the Company from time to time.
- Possess good inter-personal skills and maintain cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising with Statutory and regulatory authorities like ROC/RBI /SEBI etc.
- Liaison with Board of directors, internal & external stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting of Board, general and other committee meetings.
- Drafting minutes of meeting, other committee meetings and follow up actions.
- Familiar with e-filings and handling the website of RBI and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Should keep abreast with the latest regulatory changes/ requirements and adhere to such requirements.
- Capable to assess, review and develop processes and policies.
- Maintenance of statutory registers and manage tasks related to securities, their transfer and transmission.
- Manage internal and statutory audits regularly.
- Handle operational works like customer documentation, maintenance and tracking.
- Any other secretarial and operational support to the existing structure.
- Excellent command over the process and compliances related with change in the Capital structure.
- Experience of handling the merger and acquisitions.
Skill set :
- Qualified CS with 8-15 years of experience.
The person will be responsible for assisting and managing the compliance, operations and secretarial activities.
- Possess relevant secretarial experience preferably manufacturing set up.
- Should be a team-player and should be able to take independent decision.
- Should be able to stretch and have the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Must have the capability to analyze the Financial statements of the company
- Good Excel and presentation skills shall be an added advantage.
