Company Secretary - Legal & Secretarial
Job Description :
1) Secretarial : Conducting/Documenting for Board Meetings/CSR Committee
Meetings/Annual General Meetings along with documentation for circular resolutions in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules & regulations thereof.
2) Maintaining & Updating all the statutory registers/records etc.
3) Ensuring abidance with event based & annual secretarial compliances.
4) Legal : Drafting & vetting of legal documentation for the Company including commercial agreements, NDAs, MOUs, claim letters, companies policies/terms & conditions; replies to notices/orders/letters from Customers; replies to statutory letters etc.
Education :
- ICSI membership
- LLB degree
