Legal & Secretarial :   - Responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing various legal agreements, contracts and arrangements  - Advising business on various legal matters  - Interacting with various external law firms on business matters  - Evaluate proposals, action plans and other situations that may have legal impact and determine pertinent course of action as required  - Tracking latest amendments to applicable laws and legal procedures and keeping business abreast about the same  - Responsible for the delivery and administration of legal services to ensure the issues of risk and governance within the business are aligned to corporate goals.  - Applies highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in supporting and advising the organization in complex legal aspects such as trade and commercial matters, foreign investment, technology transfer, labor and corporate issues etc.  - Responsible for compliance and administration of Corporate secretarial requirements of the asset management company  - Upkeep and maintenance of various secretarial and legal documents and records  - Assisting in convening board and shareholders meetings and ensuring compliance of company law requirements (for the AMC)  - Responsible for monitoring and administration of various Anti Money laundering laws requirements  Compliance :   - Provide necessary support in compliance activities of the company for the Mutual Fund, PMS and AIF businesses  - Responsible for drafting, monitoring, updation and implementation of various policies and practices relating to legal and compliance matters  - Assisting in preparation of Scheme Information Documents, other product related documentation and approval process  - Responsible for ensuring that the operations of the firm's business comply with internal and external compliance standards.  - Any other responsibilities that may be assigned
