- Experience in handling company secretarial matters including but not limited to incorporation, corporate compliance of public listed and unlisted companies, FEMA compliance, statutory regulations, and transaction support.
- Experience in doing due diligence with law firms (preferred) / secretarial firms.
- Secretarial experience in doing Due Diligence.
- Ensuring day-to-day compliance and provide advisory services to various companies.
- Conducting Board meetings, committee meetings, general meetings and preparation of the notices, agenda with notes, minutes for board meetings, and general meetings.
- Candidates who have done LLB + CS are preferred
