Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA and other laws.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and external advisors.
2. Board and Committee Meetings
- Organize and prepare agendas, notices, and minutes for board and committee meetings. Coordinate with directors.
3. Statutory & Regulatory Filings
- Handle timely filing of statutory forms and maintain records as per secretarial and legal requirements.
4. Corporate Secretarial Functions
- Draft and review corporate documents and manage Annual General Meetings.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including investors and regulatory authorities.
6. Risk Management & Advisory
- Advise management on regulatory and compliance matters.
7. Maintenance of all secretarial records and registers
- Also this is a secondment role for 12 months.
