Company Secretary - Investment Banking

Looking for a Company Secretary with strong experience in investment banking OR financial advisory services, Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage compliance and closely work with legal counsels in India and abroad.

- Lead the setup and management of Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

- Coordination with the Legal team on Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal contracts related to fund and investor agreements.

- Liaising with regulatory bodies - RoC, RBI, SEBI etc.

- Compliance Management including Company Law, the LLP Act, SEBI Guidelines, and the Indian Trust Act.

- Prepare and present compelling investment proposals, effectively negotiating and closing transactions.

- Relationship Management with investors to support business growth.

- Manage International Engagement, Strategies, and travel.

- Closing working with legal counsels in India and globally.

- Closing working with Promoters, directors, CXO level executives, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications: Company Secretary with strong experience in client and investor coordination, with significant expertise in setting up and managing AIFs and private equity funds.
