Company Secretary - Hospitality/Travel

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is one among the best established Multi-national companies in India having multiple offices across India. They are in several domains related to travel, Leisure etc

They are looking for a "Company Secretary" for their organization to join them in their Mumbai HO as soon as possible. The incumbent will be responsible for handling all Secretarial related activities for 5 legal entities of the company including handling RBI, FEMA, Handling all Statutory requirements and filings (amongst others).

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Be a qualified CS and preferably an LLB as well

- Have around 8 to 15 years of experience in the field of Company Secretary

- Have good experience in handling all filings etc to MCA & RBI

- Have experience in Managing Secretarial records for multiple entities (Minutes, Notices, Registers etc)

- Have experience in preparing all documents required by Banks, Vetting documents of treasury

- Have experience in reviewing Statutory Financial Statements

- Have some experience in doing basic work for Acquisition Analysis, Due Diligence & Valuation

- Must possess Good Coordination & Excellent Communication Skills

- Be currently from Mumbai.
