Strong understanding of the provisions of company law, SEBI regulations, listing agreement and secretarial standards.
Ensure compliances under company law, SEBI regulations and listing agreement as well as ROC formalities as applicable.
Understanding of ESOP, formalities/compliances for listing of shares issued under ESOP and related compliances.
Ability to draft and manage documentation with respect to board and shareholders meetings, statutory and corporate reports.
Tracking regulatory updates, amendments, notifications and circulars.
