Company Secretary - German Language

We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary with strong German language skills to join our team. This unique hybrid role requires expertise in legal and compliance frameworks along with advanced proficiency in German, enabling effective communication and collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee regulatory filings and ensure compliance with Indian and European legal frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-border teams and manage liaison activities with German-speaking stakeholders.

- Provide legal and compliance advisory for business operations, including cross-border transactions.

- Support corporate governance strategies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Conduct research on compliance and legal issues in the Indian and European markets.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Company Secretary with strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.

- Advanced proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher; C1/C2 preferred).

- Demonstrated experience in handling regulatory filings and corporate governance.

- Strong understanding of cross-border compliance and international trade regulations.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with European market compliance and German corporate law.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in German.

- Proven ability to work with multinational teams and manage cross-border interactions.

Certifications in the German language, such as Goethe-Zertifikat, as a plus.
