Position Overview:

We are seeking a Company Secretary who will be responsible for overseeing the corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and pre-IPO activities of the organization. This role requires extensive experience in managing the secretarial and compliance functions of a listed company, as well as hands-on involvement in the entire pre-IPO process. The candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, management, and external advisors to ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks, especially SEBI, MCA, and Stock Exchange guidelines.

Salary : upto 9 LPA

Location : Dakshinee Metropolitan, Kolkata

Educational & Functional Qualifications:

- Qualified Company Secretary

- A bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or Finance is preferred. Core Competencies

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Company Secretary, with 1-2 years significant experience in listed company compliances.

- Strong expertise in pre-IPO documentation and liaising with SEBI, stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies.

- Previous experience working with corporate restructuring, public offerings, and compliance reporting for listed entities is essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and corporate governance practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the Board, senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.

- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.

- Expertise in drafting legal documents, agreements, and offering memorandums.
