Company Secretary - FMCG

Primary Accountability:

- Compliance with the applicable provisions pertaining to Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and other officials of the Company.

- Establishing Corporate Governance structure.

- Obtaining necessary approvals for facilitating the IPO.

- Execution stage with respect to implementing observations of Due Diligence, drafting of prospectus, completion of corporate reorganization, appointment of Board members, constitute Board committees, draft appropriate Board policies, etc;

- Realization stage with respect to submission and lodgement of prospectus with the authorities and regulators, addressing queries and concerns of the authorities and regulators, preparing listing applications and obtaining approvals from Singapore stock exchange

Drive the IPO process as per the Singapore Law

Qualification : Registration under SAICSA (Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators)
