- Being an experienced member of the team responsible for the company secretarial function for all the Indian entities (private limited companies). These companies are involved in various businesses such as stock broking and merchant banking, primary dealing, non banking financial company, lending, infrastructure advisory and global sourcing.
- Ensuring high standards of corporate governance (policy formulation/advisory), conducting board and committee meetings, post and pre-meeting documentation, ensuring necessary filings, monitoring compliances, record-keeping, providing relevant corporate secretarial support on statutory and secretarial audits,
- Active assistance in case of any new initiatives and applications for new licenses.
- Day to day management of corporate secretarial matters and the ability to deal with senior management, peers and juniors within and outside India to ensure the effective delivery of secretarial services
- Assisting in the implementation of law and regulation including the Companies Act, 2013, secretarial standard and related compliances
- Ensure compliances pertaining to listed companies in connection with listed securities etc.
- Responsible for quality of work and supervision of the more junior members of the secretarial team
