Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all company secretarial and legal responsibilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting Board and shareholder meetings in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to SEBI and stock exchanges as per applicable laws.
- Conducting Secretarial Audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Reviewing and drafting various agreements and legal documents.
- Coordinating with external law firms and legal counsel as necessary.
Requirements:- CS + LLB qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in company secretarial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, LLPs, Trusts, and Companies Acts.
- Listed organization experience is preferred.
