Educational Qualification : Qualified ACS
Total Experience : 2 to 5 years of experience in Companies Act, FEMA and RBI compliance
Job description:
- Filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company with all the applicable authorities;
- Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers;
- Arranging board/general meetings and preparing minutes thereof;
- Advising on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Securities and Other Business Laws and regulations and guidelines made thereunder;
- Advising companies on Compliance of legal and procedural aspects under NBFC and AIF regulations, Foreign Exchange Management Act, IPR Protection, Valuation and Audit;
- Drafting and vetting all fund related and company agreements, MOUs and other legal documents;
- Maintaining Statutory Registers and other Company records;
- Liaising with ROC, Consultants and other external agencies;
Key Skills:
- Should have thorough knowledge of the Indian Foreign Exchange Management Act and the Indian Companies Act.
- Should have basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel tools.
- Communication skills
- Should have fluency in English.
- Should possess exceptional writing skills and concern for detail.
Personal traits:
- Should be willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Should be forthcoming to work on ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager.
- Should behave in a mature and responsible fashion with all the official contacts.
