Company Secretary - BFSI

This is for a leading company who has been the market for more then 3 decades, with a revenue of USD 5.5 Billion

- We would only accept the profiles of the candidates who are currently working in listed companies

Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience in Secretarial matters

- Hands on experience in Legal matters

- Good knowledge of latest rules and regulations (for listed companies)

- Stakeholder management

- Handle KMP's

- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

- Ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved

- Ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented

According to Hierarchy : He would be the 3rd person in the hierarchy
