Company Secretary - BFSI

- Preferred from BFSI sector with good communication and drafting skills,

- Have in-depth Knowledge of FDI and related RBI Compliances,

- Have experience of handling M&A

- Expert Knowledge of Debt and Equity Listing process and SEBI / Exchange Compliances,

- Able to independently manage Private and Public issue of Securities ,

- Able to handle Due Diligence and Regulatory and other Audits

- Able to manage, organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs), independently

- Preparation of Annual Report and compliances for MCA

- Have experience of Transaction monitoring and deal structuring monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action;

- Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers, Secretarial, Internal and Statutory auditors;

- Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements for regular and transactional process

- Implementing new regulatory and legislative requirements, management of compliance processes and policies applicable to company, advising the employees on compliance and ethics issues, regulatory guidelines and statutory obligations

- To ensure timely advise /guidance on Regulatory and Compliance aspects to business

- Work closely with Regulatory bodies and business partners to ensure that the highest level of Compliance standards are applied & adhered to at all levels

- To support in overseeing the development and implementation of Compliance strategy for the company

- Support in setting up industry benchmarks in Compliance and set up the Company for credibility and recognition in the ecosystem in the country and internationally
