Company Secretary - BFS

- Must have minimum 5 years of work ex, PEQ

- Experience in listed company is required.

- Hands of experience in related party transactions, insider trading and relevant secretarial practices

- Handling IEPF claims

- Knowledge in related party transactions, secretarial practices

- Preparation of resolutions, notices, agenda, compliances under secretarial standards and, minutes of meetings etc
