Secretarial :
- Formulate the annual calendar and manage all routine activities of the Secretarial Department.
- Organizing and conducting all Board meetings, managing its Committees.
- Recording all minutes and getting them approved.
- Ensuring all compliances of the laws applicable to the Secretarial function are adhered to.
- Maintaining all records of the Secretarial Department.
- Keeping a record of the status of all Board / Shareholders approvals.
- Secretarial Audits.
Legal :
- Drafting / vetting l agreements.
- Advising HOD's with respect to all legal matters.
- Managing statutory compliances of all applicable laws.
- Managing /briefing external lawyers as per requirement
