- Manage all routine activities of the Secretarial Department.
- Organizing and conducting all Board meetings, managing its Committees.
- Manage appointment/re-appointment of Directors
- Ensuring all compliances of the laws applicable to the Secretarial function are adhered to.
- Draft the reply to the queries from internal departments and regulatory bodies
- Responsible for Secretarial Audit / Statutory Audit / Internal Audit
- Ensure compliance of Disclosure and Corporate Governance norms on an ongoing basis
- Maintaining all records of the Secretarial Department.
