Job Description:
- Manage company secretarial compliances such as managing corporate governance issues and strategizing the compliance framework
- Preparation of Board Packs for the meetings and arranging for Board and annual general meetings, listing and de-listing of securities, compliance with the listing agreement
- Dealing with the regulatory agencies, incorporation, filing of various forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies
- Preparation of statutory registers and minutes books, preparation of annual reports, etc.
