Job Description - Provide direct advanced analytical support, review work and oversee quality of work of the team

- Collaborate with Compensation CoE for execution of rewards and recognition programs as per the specific requirements

- Work with Shared Services staff to utilize the tools to support salary survey benchmarking and analysis in support of COE and as per business requirements/needs.

The Successful Candidate - Executive Manager/ Associate Vice President

- Bachelors & Masters

- +15 Years work experience

- Skills in Shared Services / Operations
