Primary Objective  The Director, Systems Integrators & Outsourcers is responsible for building and managing a team of sales and technical professionals; focused on driving CommVault revenues to and through and to execute a joint go to market strategy with selected Indian SI's including Tata, HCL, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Infosys and others. The role is responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with the Indian SI's and it engages with relevant stakeholders within CommVault globally to ensure success.  Responsibilities and Duties  - Build a Systems Integrator go to market (GTM) framework for the Indian SI's within CommVault supported by effective resource alignment & global compensation policies  - Build individual GTM strategy with each SI  - Create and execute breakthrough alliance initiatives that create new value for the SIs  - Ensure durable alliance relationships that deliver long term growth for both partners  - Provide visible leadership and executive presence with the SI's and act as the voice of CommVault to Indian Alliance Partners  - Develop a comprehensive road map to drive revenue growth.  - Define and execute enablement and readiness activities with SI technical and pursuit teams  - Exceed revenue and business goals through leadership in sales execution excellence  - Collaborate with field sales teams on partner led selling opportunities to drive new business pipeline.  - Coach Alliance Managers within your team to develop profitable joint businesses  - Coordinate efforts with GSI Alliance Directors in the US and EMEA to help develop the Indian SI business in those theatre's.  - Conduct regular pipeline reviews with Alliance Managers and field stakeholders to drive accountability internally and externally  - Drive Global SI's overall satisfaction with CommVault  - Drive Executive Briefings with Alliance Partner leadership to ensure strategic alignment  - Manage a highly motivated, high performing Global Systems Integrator team including both field sales and technical members.  - Assess talent needs to meet current and future business objectives and build team readiness plans  Required Skills  - The ideal candidate will have built a similar infrastructure and team for a company from the storage hardware /software or system software industry  - Seasoned leader with sales and management experience, within systems integrators context  - Complex Account and Initiative Planning skills  - Demonstrated ability to build strong cross functional teams  - Strong Execution - sets clear priorities, ensures accountability, and manages follow-through  - Strong capability to influence indirect, internal and external relationships  - Ability to drive collaboration between internal stakeholders in order to achieve success  - Independent self-starter that requires little direction; gets things done  - Decision-making; business acumen  - Strategic use of time - conscious investment on the right outcomes and priorities  - Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution.   Required Experience/Qualifications  - 10+ years of proven success in selling and implementing solutions to the storage industry, or related infrastructure.  - Minimum 3 years- experience leading Global SI efforts.  - Experience working in cross-functional environments  - Minimum of 3 years sales management experience.  - Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent IT industry experience
