Responsibilities:
Must Haves:
1. Content creation- Leading the team of freelancers and marketing interns to generate content for writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
2. Social media marketing- creating, managing and growing the company's presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties
3. Communications/marketing strategy- the Community Manager is responsible for creating strategic marketing/communications plans to provide direction for the company's public- facing communications
4. Community Blog:- Development of community blog based on overall content strategy
5. Email Campaigns: - Develop and run email tests with engaging content and call to action
Good to Have:
Analytics- Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
Strong People Skills- Strong people skills with an experience of interacting with customers in difficult situations and converting them to brand advocates
Salary Range: 5-8 LPA
