Community Manager - Online

- You will report to the India Country Manager, streamlining daily contact with the Global Communications team in Paris and with other community managers based across Europe.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Defining and implementing a publication schedule for our different channels, while benchmarking competitors (and relevant companies) and their strategies

- Answering to our members questions on social networks while identifying and winning the loyalty of defenders

- Moderation of content (user comments, profile pictures, vehicle pictures)

- Detailing out new communication strategies, both online and offline

- Regular contact with community to source case studies for use in our communications

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

- Deep understanding of community management: social networks, event organization and member relations

- Professional experience of 1 year+ is essential

- Passion for BlaBlaCar and the mission of the company
