Position : Community Manager
Experience : 2-4 years
Salary Range : 5,00,000/- to 8,00,000/- PA( Depends upon they CTC & Interview)
We are looking for a community manager who is ready to go above and beyond a user's expectations in any scenario.
- You will be monitoring (Client's) social presence and engaging with our community on a daily basis.
- You will be responsible for organizing meetups between our community and people from the travel community.
- You will be a brand advocate and will be responsible for creating loyal brand advocates and passionate evangelists in our community.
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring Facebook, Twitter & other social media sites and actively participate in discussions across communities, social networks & blogs.
- Identifying and engaging with community advocates who are equally passionate about the travel space.
- Organizing meetups and similar events with our community and travel bloggers.
- Interacting with the (Client's) community on a daily basis through avenues such as Twitter chats etc.
- Converting upset customers into passionate evangelists.
- Working on upcoming social media platforms such as Vine, Pinterest etc.
- Identifying social media trends and patterns which will influence the overall social media strategy.
- Using social platform analytics tools to track output for future business strategy.
Requirements :
- Active social media profile on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other upcoming platforms.
- Talent and expertise to drive social media interactions with a proven record of actively engaging online with diverse groups.
- Strong people skills with an experience of interacting with customers in difficult situations.
- Strong writing background with an experience of blogging or editing.
