Community Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
Community Manager (India)
Location: HSR Layout Bangalore
Overview:
- As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online community of HR professionals in India, with a focus on compensation and benefits and Total Rewards. You will cultivate relationships with key community members and drive engagement and retention within the community.
- You will work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to identify and address customer needs, and will act as the first point of contact for community members seeking support and guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Moderating and managing online community forums and social media channels
- Identifying and reaching out to key community members and influencers in India
- Facilitating discussions and problem-solving within the community on topics related to compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards
- Gathering customer feedback and ideas and communicating them to internal teams
- Organizing and hosting webinars, events, and other community-building initiatives
- Providing timely and helpful support to community members
- Analyzing community metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve community engagement and retention
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or a related field in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience using social media and online community management tools
- Familiarity with the HR technology industry and knowledge of compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards is a plus
- Bachelor's/PG degree in a related field preferred
