As a Community Manager, you will be an ambassador for the company by engaging effectively with various clients and prospects.
What you will do:
- Identifying & on-boarding Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the Artificial intelligence & Machine Learning space
- Suggesting new & innovative ways to scout and engage with AIML enthusiasts
- Serving as ambassadors & brief SMEs on the value offering as well as transactional details
- Working with internal operation team & SMEs for process planning, system design, and solutions that result in a delightful learning experience for students
- Playing an important role in designing how SMEs will be rated to ensure a great customer learning experience
- Getting SMEs and faculties interested to join by driving delivery and strategic business engagement
- Building and maintaining relationships with institutions and corporates
- Being a social media enthusiast and managing outreach channels (social media -Linkedin, mailing list, etc) to spread the word about the company and tap the talent pool across the organizations
Candidate Profile -
What you need to have:
- Demonstrable experience of 4-6 years in a similar role
- Ability to hold communications with Senior folks
- Should be passionate about ed-tech / education sector.
- Pleasant personality
- Good understanding of the Industry
- Impressive and polished communication skills
