Apart from providing India's #1 rated analytics course popular executive MBA programs and specialized courses such as the Financial Risk Analytics program.

The team comprises of passionate individuals having an excellent blend of entrepreneurial and industry experience. Its founding team has been part of multiple successful startups in the US and India. The team members are alumni of leading institutions like Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, Kellog, IIT Mumbai, Duke, MDI, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Shillong and have previously worked in companies such as Tiger Global, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Boston Consulting Group, Zipdial, SAP, and Stratify.

The company has seen a 100 times growth in the number of registered learners in three years, and 30 times revenue growth in the last 3 years. The team has grown from five to 60 and now has offices in Bengaluru and Gurgaon. Their programs are offered in Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

As a Community Manager, you will be an ambassador for our client by engaging effectively with various clients and prospects.

What you will do:

- Generating leads by interacting, developing network and getting the best prospect for any given requirement

- Creatively thinking of ways to acquire contacts of prospects

- Having in-depth expertise in strategic networking and sourcing through Social Media, Unconventional channels etc.

- Brand positioning to attract prospects

- Getting SMEs and faculties interested to join by driving delivery and strategic business engagement

- Being the Skill POC for niche requirements with extensive business and stakeholder management

- Representing the company in various events (internal and external)

- Being a social media enthusiast and managing outreach channels (social media -Linkedin, mailing list, etc) to spread the word about company and tap the talent pool across the organizations

- Building and maintaining relationships with institutions and corporates

What you need to have:

- Demonstrable experience of 2-5 years in a similar role

- Ability to hold communications with Senior folks

- Ability to think about the ways to acquire contacts of such people (eg. through LinkedIn or community events)

- Pleasant personality

- Good understanding of the Industry

- Impressive and polished communication skills
