Role Summary :


- The Community Manager will be responsible for building and managing Indias largest home coffee community. This role involves developing the brand persona, leveraging social media channels, collaborating with the product marketing team, and creating campaigns to drive website traffic and revenue growth.


- The ideal candidate will have experience working with D2C brands or consumer product brands and possess strong communication, creativity, and presentation skills.


Role & Responsibilities:


- Build Indias Largest Home Coffee Community


- Lead efforts to grow a passionate community of coffee enthusiasts both online and offline. Engage and foster relationships with consumers through social media, events, and brand activations.


- Manage Brand Persona Across Channels


- Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity on social media and other touchpoints. Create engaging content that aligns with the brands voice and resonates with the target audience.


- Leverage Emerging Social Channels


- Utilize new social media platforms and trends to create platform-specific content. Tailor strategies to engage with diverse audiences while keeping the brand's messaging relevant and fresh.


- Collaborate with Product Marketing Team


- Work with the product and business teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches.


- Adapt international brand content for the Indian market and execute both online and offline campaigns.


- Design Marketing Campaigns to Drive Traffic & Revenue


- Create data-driven campaigns to increase website traffic, optimize conversions, and drive sales.


- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure continuous optimization and growth.


Internal & External Relationships:


Internal: Product/Business Management Team


- Collaborate to align marketing strategies with business goals and product positioning.


Internal: Marketing & Communications Team


- Work together to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execute integrated marketing strategies.


External: Agencies & Vendors


- Manage relationships with external partners to execute campaigns efficiently, ensuring quality and timely delivery.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:


- MBA (Marketing, Full time)


- Previous experience working with D2C brands, E-commerce start-ups or consumer product brands preferred


Preferred Skills:


- Strong Presentation & Communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team Self-starter, Bias for Action, Creativity
