Roles & responsibilities:

- Set the tone and atmosphere of the club groups to promote a positive and inclusive community experience.

- Research and develop engagement activities, and challenges to drive participation and interaction among club members.

- Curate and send regular engagement communications to club members, including top posts, unanswered questions, and other relevant updates.

- Plan and organize weekly events, such as webinars, online meetups, workshops, and panel discussions, to provide learning and networking opportunities for club members.

- Collaborate with internal and external speakers to ensure high-quality events. Facilitate knowledge-sharing, discussions, and collaboration among club members.

- Monitor club groups, address member queries, and provide timely support to ensure a smooth user experience.

- Collaborate with the content team to identify relevant topics and resources that can benefit the community.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who has:

- experience in community management in an online platform or social media setting. excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and foster meaningful conversations.

- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals. knowledge of online community platforms and social media tools. experience in organizing and facilitating virtual events and activities. (bonus)
