Community Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Community and Brand Lead to build and nurture a community of our portfolio companies, mentors, and other relevant stakeholders on our digital platform. Additionally, the role will also lead our overall branding initiatives including social media strategy.

Your responsibilities include the following :

- Understand the ecosystem, its key constituents and define and maintain the community charter

- Develop and implement a community management strategy

- Organize community-building initiatives (online and also offline as needed) to grow participation and platform adoption/utilization

- Monitor and optimize community engagement levels

- Define and implement community governance/guidelines

- Foster a sense of community around mentorship by actively engaging with the audience

- Manage the content on the platform to ensure relevance, accuracy, and ease of navigation

- Monitor and facilitate interactions among community members on the platform and offline

- Gather periodic feedback from community members to continuously improve the community cohesiveness as well as the platform and its user experience

- Formulate an overall strategy and execute our branding and social media initiatives

- Help our portfolio companies, as needed, with their community or branding requirements

Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing or Marketing Communications from a premier institute

Skills :

- Proven track record of managing communities, branding and social media

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Stakeholder management/relationship building

- Proficiency in/familiarity with digital/SaaS platforms for community management

- Proficiency in MS-Office

- Prior experience of working with start-ups, management consulting, venture capital or private equity firms desirable but not mandatory

Work Experience :

- 10-15 years
