Community Director - Multilingual Social Media App

Founded by 3 IIT-Delhi alumni, what started with a small seed funding, it has now grown to a recent valuation of Rs.400 crores and an employee base of 200+. Their customer base includes major Bollywood celebrities.

As a Community Director, you will work towards development of the platform and the community.

What you will do:

- Identifying, establishing and growing a community of creators across different genres of entertainment for multiple language apps, through a team of community heads

- Identifying and creating the architecture and integration points of company's product, processes and policies to support creators/ community by influencing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Analysing flow of process and optimising process, policy and product improvements for the community

- Identifying and analysing user trends to improve, create support and reward mechanisms and develop growth hacks for the platform and community

- Working with cross-functional teams for new product and feature launches and their requirements

Candidate Profile - 

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 5+ years of experience driving projects independently and minimum of 2 years of team management experience

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

- Excellent communication and inter personal skills

- Open, collaborative and proven team player

- Comfortable with ambiguity

- Experience in Operations, Product or equivalent team preferably in a technology company or consulting firm
