Position - Community Builder (Online/Offline) for yowoto.com
Scope of Work -
(All assistance from the content / marketing / technology & finance is a given here. This is in the order of priority)
- Events Management - Spearhead the events at yowoto.com - strategise with the team, map & plan, ratify and execute.
- Key Brand Marriages - Consciously plan to bring in brands associated with yowoto's audience. Strategise with the team on the why, who, what, where & when of the marriages and execute the same.
- Community Building -This is an initiative best defined as a concoction of social media management, marketing, brand engagement and content promotion/marketing. Design these objectives with the single purpose of driving & increasing traffic to yowoto.com and its social media profiles.
- Social Media - Managing the Social Media Profiles on Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn / Pinterest
- PR - Lead the ideation and strategy here with the team and execute the same.
- Campaign Monitoring - Responsible for creating reports of campaign and activation analysis for product research & development.
- Monitoring the domain -Monitor the parenting / raising children space (from a domain perspective).
- Liaison - Manage the liaison channel between the audience & the product. (Support will be given from content & technology).
- Resource Development - Develop, manage and archive a key resource database.
Standard T&C -
- Sign in the standard legal requirements like the NDA & IP documents which will be a part of your contract with Freewave TSPL
- 6 months probation time.
- 12 month renewable employment contract.
- Eligible for ESOP based on a performance review
- Serve a 90 day notice period.
