Position: Community Associate/Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Community Building: Foster and strengthen relationships with key influencers and experts within the community, creating a vibrant and engaged network.
- Content Strategy: Develop high-quality concepts and content for influencers and experts that align with our brand's objectives.
- Offline Channels: Build and nurture different offline channels, maintaining long-term relationships with channel partners to expand our reach.
- Affiliate Program: Establish and grow the company's affiliate program by onboarding credible and high-performing partners.
- Brand Partnerships: Explore potential brand partnerships to enhance engagement and conversations surrounding Nyumi.
- Social Media Calendar: Manage the social media activation calendar, organizing engaging interactions with community members on an ongoing basis.
- Social Listening: Utilize social listening tools to monitor comments, trends, and sentiments, taking proactive steps to boost engagement and resolve conflicts.
- Data Insights: Generate comprehensive reports on community sentiment and trends, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms in the industry.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in community management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
