The CRO Office is supporting Company's Risk Management leadership team in all intra-functional processes for Risk Management and ensures timely and high-quality contributions to Group processes and projects
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Communication Expert to manage Risk Management's internal communication. In this role, you will support the Risk Management Executive Team in developing an effective and cohesive internal communication strategy and manage end-to-end delivery of internal communication. You will support the ongoing development of our internal communication channels including the adoption of new technologies.
As part of the CRO Office, this role will offer the successful candidate global exposure and opportunity to gain a broad understanding of company's business while working closely with global partners and stakeholders. Working in the CRO Office is challenging and demanding and we place great importance on having a "can-do" positive attitude within our team.
Your responsibilities :
- Drive the development and implementation of Risk Management's internal communication strategy and compelling messaging
- Work closely with corporate communication team on global Risk communication
- Work closely with project managers to improve communication with regards to Risk Management strategy initiatives
- Manage/coordinate all of Risk Management internal and external communication channels
- Support the planning and organization of Risk Management events
- Monitor and support ongoing communication
- Managing communication activities including content drafting
- Interacting with the executive team to develop and implement integrated communication plans
- Support various communication effort within the unit, including mentoring and coaching colleagues in some of their communication initiatives.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a global organization in a related role
- Proven experience as a communication specialist with exposure in corporate communication and project management.
- Excellent relationship and negotiation skills
- Experience in change management will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with good editorial skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, photo, and video editing
- "Team player" with ability to thrive in diversified and cross-cultural environment
- Professional degree in public relations, communication, journalism or relevant field
