- Should have experience in managing Global Delivery center.

The Communications Sector Leader will be responsible for growing company revenue and profits in the sector (comprising of Telecom, Media & Entertainment and Energy & Utilities industries with the Telecom industry contributing over 80% of the revenues), and overseeing the development and deployment of industry skills, solutions and capabilities. The individual will also be responsible for growing executive level account relationships, as well as for developing and growing Geo/Sector relationships. She/he will oversee project fulfillment and execution, and drive attainment of global delivery and delivery excellence targets. The sector today employs ~9,000 people involved with managing global delivery, key sector account management and
providing GTM support.

The Sector Leader will play a critical role in managing delivery for the Communications sector portfolio across existing and new contracts with a focus on the Geo industry revenues and profit goals. With hardline reporting to the GBS GD Multi-Sector Leader, s/he will interlock with other Sector and Industry Leaders globally for effective Sector / Industry level contract reviews, demand visibility and fulfillment integration. In addition, s/he will have administrative ‘dotted’ reporting to the Global Communication Sector Leader.
