Communication Design & Delivery

Needed Experience :

- Minimum 4 years in a Communication & Scripts design

- Experience in drafting Customer Communication scripts

- Experience in Digital Consumer Journey design

- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with all key stakeholders including product, marketing, engineering teams

- He/she should thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role :

- Design communication scripts

- Create end-to-end Digital Consumer journey (on App/Web/Email) for new products.

- Design Customer response across channel (Chat/Social/Email/Call)

- Work closely with Training & Operations Teams for process implementation.

- Leverage Technology & Digital/Visual mediums to simplify & effective communication.
