A Leading BPO in Cochin is looking for Communication Coach-
Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of soft skills on all aspects of client training; to prepare learners to perform job functions within predetermined KPIs/ performance standards
Responsible to utilize appropriate delivery techniques in a blended/scenario/transmission/self based learning environment.
Provide Coaching & Feedback and supervision during OJT/Nesting/TQ/Evolution
Support Nesting/OJT/TQ/Evolution by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed.
Responsible for self-skilling & certification during periods of un-activity (classroom)
Develop non-classroom communication and training materials - for eg handouts etc
Coordinate New Hire, Progression & Enhancement Training activity
Assess participant and class performance in FT/CST & Nesting
Participate in minor client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)
Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
Responsibilities -
Effective coaching & feedback to floor consultants
Conducts Daily/Weekly batch meetings with the T-Sup to discuss consultant progress and charts out & executes action plans as appropriate;
Attends weekly coaching session with T-Sup.
Identifies needed revisions/additions to training curriculum/scenarios/materials in cooperation with T-Sup/ Instructional Designers/Client etc
Qualification & Skillsets Required -
Minimum 6 months experience in the current role
Excellent performance scores
Excellent communication skills
