Role : HR Generalist (III)
Summary :
- We are looking for HR Generalist who will be responsible for core HR activities, take new initiatives and drive the entire team to attain organization's & self goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
General HR :
- Manage employee engagement, culture, talent management and benefits.
- Communicate and carry out the organization's policies, procedures and standards.
- Partner with managers on fostering a high-performing culture, organizational design,
- Coaching and driving HR initiatives across the business unit.
- Work with team on managing complex HR issues and benefits, associate satisfaction,
- Rewards & recognition, diversity and performance management.
Talent Management & Learning & Development :
- Identify Training needs & measure the effectiveness of all learning programs and perform the program adjustments accordingly.
- Be the Employee SPOC, drive Various Employee connect Programs, Employee feedback etc.
Administration :
- Manage HR administration - Employee Data base, LMS, Pay roll Inputs, Insurance, Data analysis, CSR, Managing Engineering contract employees / Vendors.
- SAP employee data inputs
Required Skills & Knowledge :
- 7-10 Years of HR Generalist Experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good business communication skills, will be directly interacting with the stake holders within the organization.
Education/Experience :
Education : Post Graduate in HR (MBA with engineering degree will be an added advantage)
Experience : 7 - 10 years
