Designation: Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Procurement and analysis of real estate data and other city level relevant data for creating the knowledge management tool for the company.

- Undertake Market Research through primary and secondary sources.

- Formulating specific trend reports for publication under the supervision of respective team lead

- Undertaking periodic market intelligence reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 0 - 1 year experience in real estate and related consultancy services

- Graduate from reputed institute(Civil Engineers, MCA would be preferred)

- Understand the day-to-day terminology utilized in Real Estate Sector

- Good communication, writing and presentation skills

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT, Google earth etc. formats

- Proven Analytical skills, Self-starter attitude towards work

- Flexibility w.r.t. working hours, out-station travel, etc.

- Multicity residential real estate market exposure.

- Should have worked with developer as well as consultants.
