Commonfloor has been the game changer in the Indian real-estate industry. Founded in 2007, it was the first organization to bring to India the concept of managing apartment communities online and creating an entire ecosystem thriving and growing organically on it.
In 2010 Commonfloor started the real-estate arm which soon grew into the 3rd largest real-estate portal in the nation. Needless to say funding followed and today Commonfloor is striving to become the leader in this space.
But all this came from a dedicated team behind the product which strived to make the best for their customer. In this convoluted world of real-estate our team has always put end customer at the heart of the product.
We are looking for teammates
We at Commonfloor are on a mission to change the way real-estate is done in our nation. And we are looking for people who can join us in our campaign, people who are passionate and dedicated in their work.
Principle Accountabilities:
- To be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the company’s digital / online marketing strategy, planning and budget to include online, new media, web and e-commerce to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.
- To review the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed.
- To develop and execute plans to increase page views.
- To be responsible for managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization, and search marketing.
- To be responsible for maintaining the company blog.
- To drive marketing best practice within the organization.
- Knowledge of SEO would be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
- MBA from reputed college.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and online PR in an agency or consumer branding environment.
- Hands-on Experience of Min. 3 years on Google Adwords, SEO, Social Ads.
- Strong understanding on the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand.
- Good experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Familiarity with brand marketing sites.
- Software Development Work Experience.
- Engineering in IT/CSE/Electrical/E & C
