Job description
- Create a content marketing strategy keeping in line with the vision of CommonFloor.com and projecting CommonFloor.com as thought leaders in the real estate space.
- Develop a content marketing strategy including podcasts, webcasts, video, mobile and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter,Tumblr, Pinterest, Slideshare, etc) And have experience with social media monitoring tools
- Develop successful working relationships with bloggers, content writers and other social press
- Develop innovative lead scoring models and digital campaigns to drive the funnel from prospect to lead to customer.
- Develop a sustainable and repeatable social media presence to support lead generation, prospect education, and conversion.
- Analyze using various tools; what is working and why.
- Set quantifiable and achievable goals monthly, quarterly and yearly and exceed same.
Desired Skills and Experience
- You should be a ‘digital native’/a true netizen.
- You should have a passion for creating and managing social media and content marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results
- You should be analytical and tech savvy, someone who understands search engine optimization and has experience with social media and a strong understanding of the fundamentals of content marketing
- Your content expertise should go far beyond white papers and blogs, and should include the ability to manage video and webinar programs
- You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
- You should have a proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals
- You have lots of energy and get excited by being a revenue champion for the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed college preferable
- You will work closely with the marketing team, as well as key decision makers in the company.
