Commonfloor has been the game changer in the Indian real-estate industry. Founded in 2007, it was the first organization to bring to India the concept of managing apartment communities online and creating an entire ecosystem thriving and growing organically on it.

In 2010 Commonfloor started the real-estate arm which soon grew into the 3rd largest real-estate portal in the nation. Needless to say funding followed and today Commonfloor is striving to become the leader in this space.

But all this came from a dedicated team behind the product which strived to make the best for their customer. In this convoluted world of real-estate our team has always put end customer at the heart of the product.

We at Commonfloor are on a mission to change the way real-estate is done in our nation. And we are looking for people who can join us in our campaign, people who are passionate and dedicated in their work.

Roles and Responsibilities for various job positions are given below:

Job Title: Account Manager

- To acquire and nurture Key business relationships in the Real Estate Residential Space.

- To achieve monthly Goals and manage Builder/Key Agent Partnerships to maximize potential income

- To work with, devise and implement creative campaigns for customers, monitor progress, and ensure customer engagement

- To act as a day to day manager and be a central point of contact for all key partnerships to ensure the service is delivered and partnership well serviced resulting in customer renewal

- To work with support functions to ensure the campaigns are executed within agreed value proposition with the customers

- To prepare presentations, reports, plans etc. as necessary

- Sharing of best practices to improve business results

- Work to improve wallet share in comparison to competition

- Share feedback and Market Trends to help improve and fine tune the product as per customer requirements

Qualification / Skills:

- 0-5 years of direct sales experience preferably in Internet / Print media with experience in the Real Estate Industry (Residential Space)

- Having handled SMEs as a source of business / customer segment would be preferred

- Must possess good communication and analytical skills. Must have strong experience in networking and finding a way to meet decision maker at the customers end

- Sound presentation and negotiation skills

- A smart sales person cum team leader
