- Crucial Business Unit commodity Trading in the vegetable oil segment (palm oil preferred) while supporting the commercial area and future opportunity anticipation at commodity market

- Developing the sourcing strategy while managing raw material cost - internally and externally

Job Description:

- Commodity trading of vegetable oils - palm oil preferred for one of crucial business unit

- Indicating right and appropriate moments to close the deals by developing sourcing and risk management strategy

- Devising and implementing new purchasing strategies and hedging for a better margin and savings henceforth

- Developing the sourcing strategy while managing raw material cost - internally and externally

- Analyse the price data for vegetable oils and maintain the data base

- Analysing the market segment by evaluation of macro economic movements

- Having a relationship building skill to build network across functions

Profile :

- Working knowledge in commodity trading of vegetable oil (palm oil preferred)

- Exposure to international trade flows - sourcing/ trading commodities

- Exposure to agriculture commodities trade flows & risk management (preferably edible oils)

- First class graduate/ MBA

- Strong cost management skills

- Relationship building experience with clients, suppliers and third parties

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Quantitative strategic analysis and financial assessment knowledge
